Brooklyn The Burger Joint Gwanghwamun D Tower — Restaurant in Seoul

The taste was good, but there's a need for improvement in the personal hygiene and attitude of the staff.

It was a delight to have the burger I enjoyed about ten years ago at the main branch after a long time. The burger and fries were delicious as always.

However, the manager-level staff member making the burger despite working in an open kitchen, had no regard for personal hygiene. She placed a paper box, usually stored on the floor, on the preparation table to organize buns that came straight from the factory. When opening the box and cleaning up, she touched utensils and buns while still wearing the gloves used for handling the tape. Other staff members ate leftover fried food with bare hands, touched the sauce dispenser and cooking utensils, and even carried cutlery for customers with hands that had touched money.

The staff taking orders barely responded with almost inaudible sounds, and when guiding to tables, they gestured like immigration officers at the airport, which was confusing.

Although it was nice to have a delicious meal in Gwanghwamun like at the main branch, the pleasant atmosphere and clean dining experience from back then couldn't...

The burgers are exactly what you expect without any hidden surprises or nasty sweet sauces. The root beer was a special treat, and the chocolate milkshake was the cherry on top. 🍔🍟🥤

I appreciated that they put the ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise bottles right on the table to allow individuals to use as much or as little as they prefer. A little yellow mustard really hit the spot. 🤌

My only complaint would be that the cheese for the cheese fries (like movie theater nacho cheese) was flat and flavorless. Just the regular...
