Bukchon Kimchijae is a fantastic spot if you're looking for an authentic Korean meal. I tried their Kimchijjim (kimchi stew), and it had a flavor that any Korean would absolutely love. For those not accustomed to spicy food, it might be a bit spicy, but it's definitely worth trying.
The restaurant's location is excellent. It's surrounded by many popular tourist attractions, including the Bukchon Hanok Village, so you'll have plenty of places to explore after your meal. Considering it's in a major tourist area, I found the prices to be quite reasonable.
