Whilst hiking up the Naksan Fortress Wall trail from Heunginjimun we found this interesting bakery cafe near the top of the hill and decided to have a break and have brunch. What a great choice we made, the views from their rooftop is incredible and oversees the surrounding city area below while having Namsan Tower in the background. It was a little chilly and windy that day, but they do have vests you can borrow if you want to sit outside to enjoy the views, otherwise you can go back inside.
You order drinks from the building with the rooftop seating and the bakery is next door. Both staff on the day we visit spoke English very well. We ordered the caramel latte and lemonade and then garlic baguette and chestnut bun from the bakery. Thoroughly enjoyed both food and drinks overlooking the spectacular...
Read moreIncredible cafe with a gorgeous view of the city, especially during sunset and ones the lights turn on. I spend an hour here and also ordered a cake and some drinks which was both decent. Most people come here to enjoy the view and relax.
When you come in summer, BRING BUG SPRAY!!! Since it's located near a lot of trees, there are mosquitos everywhere. It can get annoying.
The wait for the order took surprisingly quite some time. Not only me but I saw other people waited for their drinks...

But I didn't regret it as the coffee and cheesecake were excellent, and what better way to watch the rain over Seoul, accompanied by gentle jazz.
What will stay is the staff's kindness, as rain didn't stop they gave me an umbrella they had lying around to make my way in relative dryness....
