Changsin Yukoe is located within Gwangjang Market. We popped in to try sannakji (raw octopus) and they had no issues with us just ordering that one dish. They even served us complimentary beef soup which had a nice savoury flavour. The sannakji was served in sesame oil. It didn't have much flavour but there's gochujang and doenjang on side for that. The primary point of interest for me was the texture and interesting sensation of the tentacles suctioning the tongue. ソウル旅行でどうしても体験したかったのが「本場のユッケ」。広蔵市場を歩くと活気ある雰囲気の中に行列ができていて、それが「昌信（チャンシン）ユッケ」でした。期待を胸に入店し、看板メニューのユッケを注文。

卵黄を絡めた瞬間、赤身の鮮やかさとごま油の香ばしい香りに食欲を刺激されます。ひと口食べると、驚くほど柔らかくて甘みがあり、まったく臭みを感じません。韓国海苔とご飯にのせて食べると、思わず笑みがこぼれるほどの美味しさでした。ユッケビビンバや生レバー、センマイも新鮮そのもので、日本ではなかなか味わえない感動を得られました。

市場の中にありながらスタッフの対応は親切で、日本語や英語メニューもあるので観光客でも安心。夜遅くまで営業しているので、広蔵市場の散策後や夜ご飯にも最適です。

The Yukhoe here is incredibly fresh, tender, and full of natural sweetness, with no unpleasant odor at all. Mixing it with a raw egg yolk and sesame oil makes it melt in your mouth. Despite being inside the bustling Gwangjang Market, the staff are friendly and helpful. English and Japanese menus are available, so it’s very easy for foreign visitors. Open until late at night, it’s perfect after exploring the market or as a late dinner.

The greatest Yukhoe and Bibinbaq I ever had!! Friendly and kind staff. I deeply apology I could not finish all of them as I did not have time to get airport in the morning.
