The flavor of the raw beef in the Yukhoe Bibimbap (Yukhoe-bibimbap, Beef Tartare Bibimbap) was so strong that it felt like additional seasoning was added. I asked the staff at Buchon Yukhoe out of curiosity, and they said that they use raw beef that has been marinated after the raw beef ingredients are brought in. They said that the raw beef in the Yukhoe Bibimbap is the same raw beef as the raw beef in the Yukhoe menu.

I had a luggage with me which they stored for me at their luggage room. Then I ordered a 육회 and 낙지 plus a soda drink. They served me really fast. The food was really nice. The meat really tender and good portion. The octopus sometimes hard to chew but was tasty too.

There is a bit of wait during peak hours and you’d be required to register to get a waiting number.
