Ediya Coffee Dongdaemun — Restaurant in Seoul

Unfortunately, our visit to this coffee shop was a disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional, with very poor communication skills and an unwelcoming attitude.

When my friend tried to pay for a coffee at the counter, instead of assisting politely, the staff rudely pointed at the self-service machine without saying a word or even making eye contact. The gesture was dismissive and disrespectful.

To make matters worse, while we were waiting for the coffee, one of the staff members approached and told us that if my friend was the only one who ordered, then only he could sit—implying I wasn’t allowed to be there because I didn’t buy anything. The way it was said felt confrontational and unnecessarily harsh.

Customer service like this makes it hard to enjoy the ambiance or product. We won’t...

Small coffee shop with various menu. You must try Pistachio cream latte, the taste was unique and sweet. I bought drink here and enjoy the coffee while sitting near the river. Diversified menu, coffee iced & hot, iced tea, smoothies, and milkshakes. I got iced pistachio cream coffee, and it was good something new because they have a limited edition drinks menu. Clean and quiet ambiance, especially evening. Staff speak and understand English, I recommend this coffee shop, and I will come back...
