Nolboo Bossam Nolboo Budaejjigae(Euljiro 6-ga Branch) — Restaurant in Seoul

came here because of the good reviews but left disappointed with the unwelcoming service. We were strongarmed into ordering at least one portion each even though some of us were under the weather and could not eat much. This is still pretty much acceptable as we understand some restaurants does this but the restaurant was not even half full. The china lady who served us was also not pleasant at all, giving an attitude when we explained our situation. We also waited really long for them to take our bill at the counter (at this point the restaurant was not full at all as well). this just seemed like a restaurant opened by people who came from china. dine here at...

We stumbled across this restaurant at Dong Dae Mun. So happy to have found it even though it is located on level 2. We ordered the 2 person budae jiggae and bossam set (about 43,000 KRW if I remember correctly?) which came with yummy banchan! The people attending to us was very nice and we felt welcomed even though we could not speak the language. The server in the picture also explained to us how to best enjoy the meal. We left with happy tummies....

The soup was refreshing and tasty. Staff were really attentive and friendly. Nice atmosphere in the heart of shopping area where you can drop by anytime even late night for variety of authentic Korean food for your soul. Would definitely recommended for anyone coming to this area and will be back in the near future to...
