Eid Halal Korean Restaurant. A happy place for happy food! When we walked in, it felt like we were not at a restaurant as paying customers, but at someone's home as their personal guests. The hosts were so welcoming & friendly. Their service was amazing as well. :)
This Malaysian Muslim family is working so hard to provide a 100% Halal food to the Muslim visitors. They told us that people often claim that their food is Halal but they shouldn't be trusted because of obvious reasons. The hosts slaughter the meat themselves to make sure the food they give to their customers is an authentic Halal food. This family has recently opened a Muslim-friendly Guest House too with prayer rooms & they plan on conducting some Korean Cuisine cooking classes too, so that Muslims can master the art of making Korean food themselves. I must say, I have never seen a family so dedicated to the well-being of their Muslim brothers & sisters. Their sincerity & dedication was actually quite overwhelming. I pray that Allah puts more prosperity in their business because they are dedicated & striving so hard to make sure their Muslim friends get the best Halal food in Seoul. :)
We had 'Bulgogi', a Korean Beef BBQ meal & it was finger licking good. I highly highly recommend this place if you are looking to spend a good time at a good place for amazing amazing amazing food. :) Thank you so much for...
Read moreWell, we been there 2 times because the first time we had a bad experience but we would like to give another chance, good suspicion. But the service and the waitress are slow and seems lost, 15 min to have a menu on a Thursday at 3pm. They checks their phone, arm crossed when there is no order. The floor is dirty and the tables stick as much as the stall who is dedicated to clean.
The first time one of the waitress opened the door of the women restroom and washed the floor for like 10 straight minutes without a lie, during we ate.
We should talk about the food, chicken katsu was unsavory, just a blank chicken with no spices even salt. Sauce with it was okay.
Bulgogi is in good portion but the second time they gave me the end of the cooker so the rice was burnt and hard.
I ordered a samgyetang and what a scam, they serve half of a chicken, so there is no stuffing in it as it should be, same as the donkatsu the chicken and the broth had no taste like normally the broth tasting ginseng and other spices.
So basically you pay the price for a real samgyetang but you only have the half of a chicken with no taste…
I really thank about put a comment but, you can treat other Muslims like that. It’s sunnah to be clean and respectful to other...

Edit: 2025
The last time I went to this restaurant was 2 years ago, they had a little place in the middle of the neighborhood and the chefs were the owner and his wife I believe . The food they cooked was absolutely delicious. However, I don’t think it’s the same chefs now, don’t get me wrong, the food is still ok, but not as before.
I ordered bulgogi and bibimbap The bulgogi portion was a bit smaller than I remember, the onions were not cooked enough with the meat and the meat smelled a tad gamey. The rice was dry not the usual. Bib was acceptable.
*Also, please take extra care of hygiene, the tables need more attention.
I truly wish you all the best, you’re the first halal restaurant I tried the first time I...
