Itaewon Kitchen — Restaurant in Seoul

One of the few halal places in Itaewon that is early to open. The food looks simple but it's packed with flavours. I thought the roasted chicken would be dry as I saw it outside being cooked, but looks can be deceiving as one of the best is the Nasi Goreng Ayam with roasted chicken. It's delicious and savoury. It's not spicy and the spice they put is a bit different from SG/MY nasi goreng but the taste is good. The koobideh sheesh beef kebab needs more flavour but the fluffy rice with the butter compensates with the missing taste. We ordered their coffee (comes with sugar) during the winter season as it keeps us warm.

Overall experience is good. Please try the nasi goreng ayam with roasted chicken. We Will surely come another time when we visit Seoul again.

For international travellers, the establishment accepts...

Im a malaysian, during a visit to korea suddenly have the crave to eat some nasi lemak. I can get it here, but the chicken portion is too big.. need to take away some of the chicken so i can finish it at my hotel.

Not far from itaewon station. Easy to come here. Food is good but of course cant beat the malaysian's original taste (when u at malaysia) but nvr the less its good!

Price is acceptable, considering its scaricity to find at korea.

Before this I would definitely rate the restaurant a solid 5 because everything is so delicious but a few days ago I went to eat Nasi Lemak and somehow the rice has changed. The traditional rice of nasi lemak is gone since it was changed with a korean rice which is sticky and the taste is different. I hope the boss can turn everything back to it’s...
