I went there last May. At first, I was curious about how it would look. It's located in an area with many cafes, but the building stands out with its distinctive color, making it easy to spot. I recommend finding a seat before ordering because it gets really crowded. It took quite a while to get a seat. I appreciated the safety here; you can leave your bag to reserve a spot even if you're alone. It's like having CCTV with all the watchful eyes around. People usually leave their belongings to reserve seats and then go down to order food, but I was still a bit cautious. Although I left my bag, I took out my valuables, leaving only the bag itself.
There are many photo spots on several floors. The menu has a wide variety of options, but I chose the rainbow cake, which is a must-order for anyone visiting. The taste was good, not overly sweet. If you visit Korea, don't forget to check out this cafe scene. It's a must for...

The cake itself wasn’t super dry but the cream helped with the texture and sweetness, otherwise I would have been left disappointed.

You go upstairs and pick out a baked good, then order drinks at the counter. You receive a device that vibrates when your order is ready.
The price of the cake wasn’t outrageous, but you need to pay extra for the cream and the minimum 1 drink per person increased the overall bill.
I wouldn’t go out of my way to this place, but I’d stop by for pictures. There three floors to enjoy. I noticed a photo booth area but...

The pour-over icing is only available in rainbow and was a little runny. Surprisingly not saccharine like I was expecting because a lot of things in Korea are surprisingly/randomly sweet from a North American perspective. I would have liked a thicker icing available in single colours. I was drawn in by the social media posts and even some of their display fake cakes had single colours available.
The whole cafe is multi-level and quite pretty. A little kitschy/gaudy in decor and design - if this can be meant in a good way!! I find cafes here are very much into novelty and themes. Lots of bold colours which is on brand for the paint theme.
Novelty was great, food was okay. Wouldn't go too far out of my way...
