불친절함! I'm Korean American visiting and staying at the grand intercontinental for vacation and visited this bakery/deli to purchase bakery items. I'm dressed casual(pants and t shirt), I dont know if it's because of the way we were dressed, they were having a bad day, or it's just way it is but i didn't feel welcome and the way they spoke to us was not up to the standard that we received through out the hotel(restaurant staff, checkin concierge staff, house keeping). Wow. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to pastries but the Mocha Tiramisu bun really impressed me. Airy and firm choux in just the right texture with very fresh whipped cream, balanced sweetness. Since I was staying at the grand intercontinental, I asked if any discount was given for the hotel guests. The worker became kinda irritated and stated no. I thought this was very rude in her part. Will not be going back for rest of my stay. Service and the quality/taste of the latte I had didn't match the price...
