If you're visiting Seoul and searching for a vegan sweet treat, Hidden Gem Chocolaterie truly lives up to its name! Nestled near some of the city’s lively street markets, this charming chocolate shop offers an incredible selection of vegan chocolates, including some delicious gluten-free options, that are as beautiful as they are indulgent.

From the moment we walked in, the experience was outstanding. Ellie, the store owner, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative. She took the time to walk us through each treat, carefully explaining the ingredients, a thoughtful touch that meant a lot given our dietary restrictions.

Since we can't have milk chocolate, finding their vegan chocolate brownie cookie was a delightful surprise. Its rich, velvety texture hit all the right notes. The standout for us, though, was the Dubai chocolate with hazelnut filling, an absolute must for any Ferrero Rocher lover! We also tried the chocolate filled with Turkish cotton candy, and my daughter absolutely loved it. It was unlike anything she's ever tasted.

A true little gem !!! Hidden in the streets behind the main streets in Myeongdong, this coffee shop is very tiny but very cute! The owner is really kind and speaks English very well. All her chocolates and cookies are vegan so you are left with so many choices! She even has the famous Dubai pistachio chocolate but in a vegan version.
