We decided to get some grilled pork belly and wound up at Woo Brothers. The owner, Jung, personally greets each guest and explains where he gets his meats and vegetables from. Jung is new to the restaurant world but let me tell you he knocked it out of the park.
He also grills the food himself while explaining how to eat the food in a different ways that included using pickled Siberian onions paired with the pork instead of the traditional way with lettuce. Let me tell you there was a flavor explosion with the onion.
The seafood medley green onion pancake was to die for as well. Korea offers a hub of all sorts of different Korean flavors that really impresses me.

Our dining experience was also extra special with the owner himself hosting and cooking some of the more interesting meats for us. Hospitality and service was very warm and welcoming.
