明洞ZIU汗蒸幕 — Local services in Seoul

*English below 汗蒸幕80分コースをしました。よもぎ蒸し(カッピングと選択可能)から始まり、サウナ(熱めのサウナと塩サウナをに交互)を約30分、そして湯船に浸かりそれからアカスリ、(隅々までくまなく、まず仰向け、横向き、そしてうつ伏せ、最後にまだ仰向けできゅうりパックと体と髪も洗ってもらってアカスリは終了。ここで終了と思いきや、全身(顔含む)泥バック、その後またお風呂と大満足！！スタッフも優しくて、施術もかなり丁寧で上手でした！またリピートしたいと思います。

I did the 80-minute Akasuri course. Starting with mugwort steaming (either cupping can be selected), sauna (alternating hot sauna and salt sauna) for about 30 minutes, soaking in the bathtub, then scrubbing (all over the corners, first lying on your back, lying on your side, then lying down on your stomach) Then finally, I was still lying on my back and had a cucumber pack, body and hair washed, then scrubbing was over.I thought it was the end but there is a mud pack with my whole body (including my face)! I was trying to avoid sparex so I marked this one down. It turned out that this is sparex. Horrible service and not necessarily clean.
