IFTAR — Restaurant in Seoul

I was honestly quite disappointed with the service during my visit. When we entered the restaurant, the staff didn’t inform us that we needed to write our names on the waiting list, we only found out when another customer told us.

After we were seated and placed our order, we weren’t served plain water right away. It took about 15 minutes before the staff noticed, and although they brought us a jug, they didn’t provide any cups. Since the staff seemed busy, we had no choice but to drink using our own bottles.

Another issue was the serving order. Customers who arrived after us received their food first. We waited around 30 minutes for ours, and even when it finally arrived, it wasn’t hot. Thankfully, we ordered the same dish, so we didn’t have to wait even longer.

Bad. First they said they’ll serve us at 4pm. A group of 4 came after us, asking if they have a table for 4. Which the restaurant replied yes, but service starts at 4pm. We were happy to wait. Then at 4pm, they said they can only serve at 4:30pm. So we said.. ok. What’s another 30mins. But the group after us, who had no reservation, were served at 4pm. Oh well. Nothing we can do about that. We decided to stay positive and proceeded to order. 15mins after placing order, someone came to say one of the dishes that we ordered is not available. Disappointed with the Service and Waiting Time

I had a really unpleasant experience at Iftar restaurant. The food preparation was extremely slow — it took almost 2 hours before my full meal was finally served. Even after several reminders, there was no proper update or apology from the staff. The waiting time completely ruined the dining experience, and by the time the food arrived, it wasn’t even warm anymore.
