JungHwaBokChun — Restaurant in Seoul

A traditional themed restaurant that serve fancy fusion chinese cuisines. Restaurant is filled with mixture of chinese and korean artifacts, creating a rather Cosy Atmosphere.

Came here especially for their famous Seafood Jajangmyeon that did not disappoint. Udon were chewy and soft to bite, the Black Bean paste was rich and thick (Well balanced flavours). Ingredient used were fresh and well cooked. Portion was generous and able to serve 2 persons.

Ordered their next signature dish, Cream Shrimp. The dish itself looks like a Dessert. Surprisingly, the Sweet & Sour flavour from the Cream and dressing works well with the well cooked big shrimps in Crispy Crust. However, you may feel abit overwhelming after 3 big shrimps. Portion was generous too and enough for 2 persons.

I would definitely recommend this place if you're ever near Hongdae area. The food is not cheap, but the quality I have not been able to find anywhere so far. The food is clean, unique, and tasty!
