This fancy Japanese restaurant, nestled in the 5-star Grand Hyatt Seoul, offers a refined dining experience. With a limited number of seats, the atmosphere is intimate and exclusive, complemented by a stunning view of the Han River. For lunch, two set menus are available, though they come with a relatively higher price tag. The food quality is exceptional, especially in the lunch sushi set, which features a variety of impeccably crafted sushi.
The standout moment of the meal is the delightful ice cream dessert, accompanied by a small piece of honeycomb. This sweet treat adds a perfect finishing touch to the dining experience. In essence, the restaurant not only impresses with its exquisite Japanese cuisine but also provides a visually and gastronomically rich encounter within the luxurious setting of the Grand...
ย ย ย Read moreThis is an updated review based on my Keluga Queen omakase meal in November 2023. I've written several past reviews that became increasingly bad. I very much appreciated his effort and flexibility to make sure I had an enjoyable meal. And it was enjoyable. I expect to go back again soon, on days when Chef Ahn is at...

We opted for the omakase sushi set menu for table. The presentation which excellent for each dish and nothing was not good but equally nothing was a wow level which you may expect at this price point.
Despite not 5 stars, iโd still recommend given itโs a quieter atmosphere which is ideal for business dinners but do make sure you request specifically for a booth that can see...
