Good food, extremely careless service. General impression was that they’re too popular and can’t be bothered to care whether customers have a decent experience or otherwise. Be happy to eat our food vibe. The wait to be seated was 90 minutes long, so opted to take out. The counter staff couldn’t bother to properly point me towards the temperature check machine (kept just repeating ‘check your temp first’ - where????), and then asked that i wait outside for my order. Sure. Waited outside for 20 minutes and saw staff come out every few mins to very quietly call out order numbers. Due to social distancing measures, i was standing about ten feet away from the door and honestly could barely hear the guy so tried to keep my eyes on the door. Never left my spot. After 20 minutes i finally asked if my order was coming, and turns out, the guy at some point called it out (once? Just how quietly was this that i couldn’t hear ten feet away?), and then just took it back inside. Never bothered to ask the ten-ish people hovering outside. If you can’t be bothered to speak loudly for customers pick up their orders, then use buzzers. Never going back...

We almost got kicked out upon entering because, even though we were waiting right outside, we didn’t see the reservation app notification right away that our number was up. We had just checked it a couple of minutes earlier, so they can’t have been waiting for us that long. They let us sit down anyway because there were tables available. I ordered a reuben, which was dry and didn’t have real sauerkraut—there was no sourness or flavour. The pickles it came with were weird onion pickles rather than dill pickles. I also got the fried potatoes, which were just ok—a little dry and not very crispy on the outside.

All in all, an unpleasant experience with inauthentic (or missing) flavours. Wouldn’t come back and...

I got the Reuben sandwich with a side of potatoes and a coke. Came out to be just under 20,000 won. For the price I was disappointed by the size of the sandwich. The taste was solid but it was nothing amazing or really that memorable. The bread was nicely buttered and toasted. I prefer the corned beef in a Reuben sandwich to be thicker but this came thinly sliced. The atmosphere of the store is chill and nice. The service is friendly and kind as well.
