Mala — Restaurant in Seoul

absolutely THE WORST restaurant 절대가지마세요 제발 (let alone the worst Chinese food restaurant) ever. do NOT go there. the food is absolutely terrible and I highly doubt any customer would return. and the service? unbelievable.

here's the deal. we ordered suanlafen, qingcai, laziji, and their most famous dish, malaxiangguo. they all tasted too salty - unusual of authentic Chinese cuisine, that they claim to be. so we asked the manager to come and see if we received the wrong items, but she literally said "I'm an expert and some customers dont know how Sichuan food taste. this isnt salty and this is how it's supposed to be." I have had multiple Chinese dishes IN CHINA and even in the states in Chinatown (places popular to Chinese people as well) and this cuisine was NOT IT. her attitude was rude until the very end, and she kept pointing out that we were basically uneducated in Chinese cuisine. it was 85 dollars wasted on trash. absolute TRASH.

DO NOT GO THERE. DO NOT. *I understand it was also on 수요미식회 and stuff but I can surely tell you it must have been paid for - not earned.

oh and btw, they dont even make food fresh. for laziji it was obvious they just refried after frying a long time ago. I couldn't taste anything...
