If you are Korean, you will immediately notice how authentic the soup, boiled beef are. I think the key ingredient that makes it more authentic is definitely Hanwoo beef. Hanwoo beef is quite different from any other beef in that it gives much umami, clean taste to it. The brisket in boiled beef tastes like beef butter melting in your mouth. Kimchi, cubed radish kimchi is perfectly matched with the beef. It is like palate cleanser. It is one of the must-stop for a Korean soothing tasting!!

Is was wonderful korean beef soup restaurant before they moved their location of restaurant. The previous restaurant was located basement of builiding but all staff and services are fantastic. Now they are on the first floor and new restaurant is expanded including ballet parking that charges 2 dollars. All staff, they are serving without passion... Foods are not as much as nice what they were... I definately recommended another korean beef soup restaurant either "E-Nam-Jang" or "Ha-Dong-Guan" where are very close to this restaurant. Anyhow, enjoy~

Really excited to try a local seoullongtang place that's also on the michelin gourmand list but was a bit disappointed. The price is quite steep for what you get compared to other restaurants nearby. We got the seoullongtang and the doganitang. The meat was good but the broth was very underwhelming. I was expecting the rich milky broth but it was instead a thin, oily broth. I've had better ones back home in the Bay area and homemade by my finance's mom.

The flavour of this restaurant's soups is amazing. It feels like it boiled for a long time, but it doesn't feel very sticky or stale. It has a lot of very good quality beef which is normally used for steak. If you have any chance to visit the Gangnam area, this can be a great option to visit.

a famous k beef bone stock soup , seolleongtang restaurant in seonrueng st. clean and deep savory soup is good kimchi is also tasty. a spacious place but always crowded in daytime. no break time good for solo meals. worth to try.

Famous restaurant for Seollangtang. For me, Seollangtang was better than the Yukgaejang but you need to add salt. Broth is not very rich but meat slices are super tender.
