Panet Croissant Factory — Restaurant in Seoul

Came here for dessert and coffee. The Portuguese tarts looked lovely, but I panicked when they asked if I needed cinnamon powder on my cafe latte. Looking around, everyone else seemed to be having iced black coffee or ades, so I was sure it was going to be a disappointing coffee experience. Since I was in a rush and didn't have time to find another cafe, I gave it a try - and it turned out to be quite decent. Frothy and rich in flavour. The chestnut tart was excellent as well. I'll definitely be back to try their croissants and another latte....

Bread/pastry is fair, but service is terrible. The people working at the register need a lesson on customer service/friendliness especially refraining from not shouting at customers when they ask a question about their products. I’m a local here and every time I go in it’s unpleasant. Their attitude and energy is a downer. It’s as if they hold grudges against customers. It’s unfortunate as the bread is decent and location is good, but I’d rather take my money somewhere that’s welcoming and friendly to their customers. There are many better...

Not sure if this is a chain but stopped here for breakfast on our 2nd day in Seoul as it was open, wasn't a chain I've seen in the US before, and it was close to our hotel. Everything looked great and we selected a variety of pastries and ordered some coffee (Americano) to wash it down.
