Great service as soon as we walk in. They pay a lot of attention to the little details for example giving you a little wet hand towel before you get to snack on the little nuts. A lot of these drinks are very well thought out with a lot of Korean influence. It’s the perfect way to ease yourself into the bar scene of Korea as a foreigner. Really creative cocktails. If I wasn’t still so jetlagged, I would have ordered every single thing on the menu. A little bit louder in the bar just because of the music and because you can kind of hear people talking, but it’s a great way to end your day in this area just soaking in the atmosphere . A lot of native locals as well.
Also, they were super accommodating. We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation and they still let us have a seat. A lot of dates too! Very cute.
Everything is an art piece here. Best seats are at the bar just so that you can see all the different drinks.

A rich and layered cocktail blending Glen Grant whisky, roasted corn, ghee butter, cacao nibs, fennel, Campari, rosso vermouth, and peach bitters. Silky, slightly sweet, and deeply aromatic — like a dessert but more complex. • 🧊 Also had a small shot of a house-infused spirit (looked like infused whisky or vermouth) — smooth and interesting, but forgot the name. • 🍹 Earlier in the evening: • First drink was non-alcoholic, fresh and fizzy with a subtle fermented note — very well executed. • Second drink was strong, a surprising yet brilliant mix of miso, mint, and coffee. Bold and intense, not for the faint of heart but totally worth trying.

I have tried many cocktail bars before and this bar is one of the places that I proclaim as the best. I came with the intention of having maybe a drink or two to satisfy my curiosity of what Bar Cham/Pomme might have to offer. Needless to say, I left having tried a majority of their list. The cocktails here focus on Calvados mostly from Christian Drouhin. (Only the best of the best).
