It’s my 2nd time eating here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had beef phở which was tasty enough for lunch. The staff (the friendly young man and nice young girl) asked me if I wanted more toppings like green onion, cilantro, boiled bean sprouts, and red chilli.
