Got the special one (not spicy) with the fish based broth not the classic tonkotsu and I INHALED the entire thing. Wish I ordered two bowls at once but then the kitchen closed. But I respect this, everything closes in Seoul early and we keep messing up and going out at 8pm and this fanatic chef deserves a well rested night. Glad this was still open after we went around the shops in the area! Food is great, place is clean and played wester pop music that was fun to sing along to with my sister. Highly recommend the ebi ramen. But they forgot our karaage even though they confirmed if the 5 pcs or the 15 pcs one and we were their only customers. We were thinking of canceling but they insisted to wait 2 minutes even though we said we had to go. They gave us an extra piece of karaage...

I ordered Dumplings 🥟 5P and a spicy domodazzi ramen 🍜 with extra chasyu.

Food: The ramen was not very spicy. The broth was tasty, but not amazing. Chasyu pieces varied. The first one was very good! The other ones were not as soft as the first one.
