Whitebirch Story (Teahouse) — Restaurant in Seoul

This was by far the worst experience in my 2 years in cafe. The worst cafe. First, we were a party of 4 wanting to purchase 3 drinks and dessert. Two ordered while others were deciding. One went to order and was told all 4 needed to order so I said the two of us would leave as we proceeded to. While awaiting the other two drinks to be made she suddenly said to one. Are you leaving, I’ll give you a refund? Everyone looked shocked. She said “leave now”. Then told one girl, “I’ll give you refund”. She went to get her refund and said what’s going on and she said “go”. Very rude in an empty cafe! Empty! I will never go there or recommend to anyone. I could give this charming spot 5 stars for Vibes, alone! I was enchanted by the small details and cozy feel of this place. The woman at the counter (possibly the owner?) Was so warm and accommodating and directed us to the seat right by the window! I loved how quiet and serene it was to sit and watch people pass by.

She also recommended the shaved I've dessert, so glad we tried, it was delicious! We also tried the waffle which was perfectly cooked and 2 teas. I came for the tra but the treats stole the show!

HIGHLY recommend...

I love this little café! The decor is a charming blend of rustic and cozy. After a warm walk from our previous stop, the refreshing drinks were just what we needed. Though the space isn’t very large, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.
