The place to go to for Hotteok (Korean street food pastry with a choice of filling). Traveller's Tips: 1. There's a few seats outside the store so that you can eat yours steaming hot. 2. Remember to sprinkle a tiny bit of (soy based?) sauce they have available at the counter. 3. Try the japchae (glass noodle) filling Hotteok! This one is unique. My first time in Seoul and visited this place twice. Though some may say it's hyped, I found this to be my favourite. We chose the japchae filling both times though I've been told the honey hotteok is the traditional one. They offer a few savoury meat options as well. Recommend if you're in the Bukchon area.

It is apparently quite famous among the tourists for some reason, but I personally think it's overrated and overhyped. I also didn't like it was like almost deep fried. They have different fillings than the traditional mix of sugar, cinnamon and nuts. If you don't have sweet tooth, you could chose from the other five different options. There are also benches and tables, so you could eat it seated.
