Disappointing Cocktails and Unprofessional Service

I visited Bloom Bar in La Caleta the 6th of January 2005 and was unfortunately disappointed with my experience. The two cocktails we ordered were unpleasant and poorly balanced, lacking the flavors described on the menu. For example, my drink was supposed to feature vanilla and vermouth, but neither flavor was detectable—instead, it had a bitter taste that was far from enjoyable.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the female bartender responded aggressively and was quite impolite, she actually came out of the bar and aggressively tried to confront me to which was unprofessional and exacerbated the situation. Thankfully, the waiter stepped in, apologized sincerely, and offered to remake the drinks or remove them from the bill. His professionalism was commendable, and I left a tip to acknowledge his excellent service.

While the waiter's efforts were appreciated, the overall experience was marred by the poor quality of the cocktails and the bartender's demeanor. I hope the management addresses these issues to enhance the experience for...

We arrived during a busy time with no reservation, and we were told there were no tables available, so we ordered coffee and orange juice to go. No big deal!

While we were waiting, another couple came up after us and asked for a table even though they did not have a reservation. The boss (a different server from the one who originally helped us) looked at us, and she knew we had literally just asked for a table and had been told there was no space for us. Our server even pointed out to her that we were there first and that we were patiently waiting. The boss then turned around, shrugged, and chose to seat the new couple that arrived after us, simply because she knew them.

In fairness, our server apologized to us for her colleague and recognized that the situation was messed up. However, we found the whole exchange disturbing and unprofessional especially for a place that prides itself on service and quality.

called in for drink on early evening. staff very charming . bar lovely and clean and tasteful decor. ordered a beer and a coke . the drinks were served quickly. I scanned the app to see the menu very pleasantly surprised to realise 5pm to 7pm happy hour every night . so asked fir another beer and coke. when I asked for bill I was charged fir 2 cokes 2 beers. so I queried it and was told yes it was happy but they always charge the full.price on bill and its up to us to ask for the happy hour price. I thought thats very crafty as it isn't advertised in the bar and had I not looked on website I'd not have known about happy hour and paid full price. also they would only do 2 for on 1 drink not 2 where it clearly say on website its first round of drinks buy one get one free . so folks be very aware if you drinking from 5pm to.7pm your first drink is buy one get on free but the crafty staff...
