Restaurant Sublime — Restaurant in Adeje

I recently had lunch at this establishment and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the experience. I ordered the seafood special and a burger, both of which came with premium prices at nearly €30 each. However, the quality of the food did not match the high price tag.

The seafood dish consisted of deep-fried frozen seafood that tasted subpar. It lacked freshness and was far from the premium quality I was expecting. The burger, on the other hand, was served in a cheap and unpleasant bun. It felt like something you would find at a fast-food chain, rather than a higher-end establishment. The overall taste and presentation did not justify the inflated price.

I found it disheartening that the premium prices did not reflect the quality of the food. It seemed like a missed opportunity for the establishment to provide a truly exceptional dining experience. While the prices were significantly higher than expected, the food fell short in terms of taste and value.

I hope that the establishment takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving the quality of their dishes. It is crucial for them to align their prices with the actual experience and ensure that customers receive the value...

This has become one of our most favourite places in La Caleta. We initially popped in late morning for a quick drink and having read the menu ended up going there for dinner 3 times during our stay. The menu is not huge, but that's a good thing because everything on it is delicious. The spicy prawns and the crispy sea bass were particular favourites of ours. But there will be plenty to suit most tastes. The restaurant looks out over the cove of La Caleta and in the evening during dinner it's a wonderful place to watch the sun go down. The small team are very friendly and are great at what they do. The wine selection is very good and certainly sensibly priced. And the Cruz Campos grand reserve is a treat for larger drinkers. At busy times of the year I'd definitely recommend booking in advance. This is a lovely restaurant in a super position, with great food and drink, good service and a really nice atmosphere. If this sounds like the sort of place you'd like, just go. It's genuinely as good as this review...

We stopped here for lunch today. The Restaurant is on the La Caleta Bay. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. All too often, front line restaurants have a monopoly and sometimes treat you accordingly. The proprietor, Mario, and his staff were absolutely lovely. Will definitely go again and highly recommend. Beautiful views during the day and I would expect it to be a very chilled and romantic evening setting where you can watch the sunset. We've been coming to Tenerife for 30 years and this new restaurant is a little gem. You won't be disappointed. My husband had the crab and red shrimp ravioli and I had the Sublime Prawn salad. The menu had some exceptional fish dishes. We will go again this...
