I am beyond shocked by the customer service I have received. Unsurprisingly I’ve seen the bad reviews from a few months ago and seen that the owner has replied to say they’ll try to resolve it…well, I can confirm they haven’t resolved anything because I have never experienced such poor customer service.

Firstly, we waited two hours to be seated. No “hello” or “sorry for the wait”. Wasn’t even acknowledged by anyone working there. Only when I asked how long the wait is, the older waiter (the rude one that every bad review mentions) shrugged his shoulders and said “I dunno, an hour”’ and walked away. Bearing in mind we counted 7 free tables that had been cleaned and set up ready for new customers. Took 20 mins to order drinks and a while later for them to come back to order food. After ordering our food, we waited 29 mins (we actually timed because it was that ridiculous) and the waiter asked if we were still waiting for food) and I said we had been waiting 30 mins, to which he sniggered and said “Pft!” And walked away. I can appreciate that they’re busy but a “sorry” would go a long long way. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service. If it wasn’t for the two hour wait and being starving, I would have paid for my drinks and left. The food was mediocre at best, think microwave meal vibes.

Also a younger waiter with tattoos took my money and then I had to remind him I needed change because he took my money and then started to clean the other tables…

I told a couple of people in the queue to save their money because the service was rubbish and they left before being sat down. I really wish someone would have told me that in the queue because I have never felt so angered and disgusted by the customer service especially from the middle aged waiter. I can only assume that he is the owner because I know 100% all the bad reviews about the waiter would be about him and if he wasn’t the owner, he wouldn’t (and shouldn’t) be working in customer service because he was downright rude.

Do not go here to eat because the food is average and it’s a negative experience. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere. If there were bad reviews 6 months ago and they’ve replied to say they’ll resolve it, and they haven’t, they...

Abysmal service.... Abysmal attitude from the staff... After being polite to them it became difficult! Coffee was cold first and second time (same coffee, only had one) felt like a battle trying to order drinks first then the food.... Table beside us was sprayed with bleach to be clean and it stunk!! I commented to 2 staff and first one walked away and the woman, who takes the food orders (that had to be ask to attend us for food order about a half hour after we sat down) gave me attitude and said it wasn't bleach! 😳 A Spanish couple, sat not far from us,got great service!! Toot sweet... I speak fluent Spanish so language was no excuse! When I mentioned to one of the waiters, the older man, that we were considering going elsewhere to eat as this is taking so long ... He swiftly walked away rolling his eyes at me! The lady I was with ate as she is diabetic and in a wheelchair.... Access is limited... I chose to forego the food thinking it's likely to be as bad as the attitude of the staff. Looks like it's Chinese owned now.... With bad staff... Used to be Italian staff. I most certainly won't be back!! One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had here and the worst attitude from staff! As someone who has run restaurants.... I'd sack them all! I hope the owners know what goes on, they are losing money.

Honestly, I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! As soon as we walked in, they changed the music taste immediately to hip hop/rap. I felt as if it was racially motivated (we were a group of black girls), and as they played these songs they stared at us as if we’d sing along. The service was terrible, the manager continuously kept arguing with us when she made a mistake, even though we were trying to explain the situation (we wanted to split the bill equally but she split it by items). The food was disgusting, pizza was incredibly oily, the prawn cocktail was NOT a prawn cocktail. Instead it was cold, raw prawns, lettuce and sauce (more sauce than food). The seafood risotto was way too salty, I could not eat it at all, if you want health issues then order this. The salmon was really dry and the chips were very oily too, its like they refried an old batch of fries. The chefs were really unprofessional, they came out of the kitchen and stared at us for our entire meal, I felt judged and extremely vulnerable. The atmosphere feels like you’re in a nightclub instead of a restaurant. We were hoping for a birthday special (maybe like a happy birthday song or something) but we received stares of judgement instead.
