We spent 8 nights here last month, and I can honestly say that it is one of the best holidays I have ever had. This hotel is 9/10 for me personally, you can never give a 10/10 as there is always some little thing that you might not have been happy with but on the whole I was very happy with our stay here. All inclusive: Drinks were very good measures, you could basically ask them to mix anything you wanted and they would oblige! Rooms: our group had 4 rooms and they were all different to each other in one way or another (lay out and stuff) But our room was very nice, clean just the right size, sea view, and pool view. rooms were cleaned whenever we put the card on the door handle. all of the rooms seemed to have the same shower units which were the standard type, rain fall and removable hand held thing. Staff: Wonderful! I can honestly say that 99.99% of the staff were absolutely brilliant, I am not even going into why it's not 100% that won't spoil my review of this hotel. Special shout out to my guy Rayco on the bar, this is one of the best bar tenders in any hotel i have been in! top fella and hope to see him again one day. Other bar staff were Lia, Manuel x 2, Bobbi, Ismael, Jesus, Radouane, any other I have forgotten pls forgive, you were all great. Animation team! Tamas, Diego, Denise and there was a 4th guy that came back from vacation on our last night but I didn't get his name, Italian fella I think... They were a very good entertainment team, there were some nights that had dodgy turns on, but on the whole, a very decent entertainment team. Food: I will give the food a solid 7.5/10 Not to make out it wasn't nice because the food was really good quality and variety, I am just very, very bad with food, so for me to give it a 7.5, is probably someone else's 9/10! LOTS of choice, maybe too much tbh, but if you're worried about food here please don't be, you will be happy with it. Location: very close to the beach/seas front, walking distance to Playa las Americas, Adeje, even Los Christianos if you're feeling up to a 45/60 min walk... We got the road train from the sea front to Hard Rock hotel and spent the day up that end, was a very nice day out. Also 10/15 min walk to Siam Park which we did on one of the days, I am planning on going back for 4/5 days just to hit Siam and get ever inch of it covered, what a place that is!! A side story... I left my iPhone on the wall outside of the hotel while waiting for our transfer to the airport going home.... Some very kind person found it and handed it in to the hotel reception (on my request, they answered the call when i called my phone) I have since been reunited with said phone having had to arrange a DHL pick up for, so that is another PLUS for OLE Tropical, the very kindly packaged my phone up so that it was very secure fore it's journey back to the UK! Thank you OLE Tropical

Me and my mates stayed for 6 nights all inclusive in May and it was absolutely great. We arrived around 10pm so we missed an evening meal, but we received a bag full of sandiwches, pastries and fruits, we also been offered a glass of prosecco while checking in. Because we also missed a lunch on that day, we were allowed to have it on our last day after checking out, which worked perfectly, because we had a late flight back. We also could leave our car in a hotel car park after checking out (there are few free parking spaces, another few €10/day, and lots of free parking spaces just outside hotel). All staff in the hotel are friendly, chatty and welcoming. Food was banging, there was not a single bad meal, also the food changes every day, so you won't get bored. At lunch and evening meal you can pour yourself beer and lager on tap (sometimes there were bottles of wine in the buckets filled with ice), but you can also purchase a more fancy bottle and it will be served to your table. The whole hotel is extremely clean, even if it's not the most modern, it's just so well maintained. Restaurant is spacious, does not feel packed even if busy. Service is fantastic. We've had a double room and it's a good size, wardrobe is massive so you can unpack all your clothes. It wasn't fancy, but it was roomy and clean, shower was good. Mattresses were good quality, rather hard than soft, sofa bed was OK. Loved the fact it's adults only, it is a lively hotel, expect stag do's etc, so if you're after an absolute P&Q it may be not for you. Bar area is great, drinks are good, however branded spirits are not included in all inclusive (if you want one you pay half price), beer is on tap so you can serve yourselves, same as water and soft drinks. If you've missed the breakfast, there is always food at the bar area so you can still have a sandwich or other snacks. In the evening they do crisps and penuts bowls. Pool is great, plenty of sunbeds, and there is NO bed reservations! Loved it. Towels are available for €15 deposit. Balcony is good size, and you can't see your neighbours. We could not fault anything to be honest, the hotel is absolutely mint and I would be more than happy to come back, management and staff are doing exceptional work there, I've not experienced such a good atmosphere in a hotel many times before. Hotel is 15min drive from TFS airport. Supermarket is 2min away. Veronica's strip is 10min away. Beach is 10-15min away but I would say the nicer beaches are these on the south towards Los Cristianos, 20-25min walk or €5 taxi (uber is crazy expensive, always use a local taxi). During the day you can easily have a pint for €1.50 - €1.80 in local bars and restaurants. Plenty of places to eat out near by. We've paid £650pp all inc for 6 nights with jet2 as a package, which I think was an absolute bargain. I would not hesitate to book it again.

Great hotel, really can't fault it, can only praise it highly. All the staff, reception, bar, restaurant, cleaners, lifeguards and maintenance guys are very attentive and friendly - nothing is too much trouble for anyone. The place is spotless, with staff constantly cleaning areas. We went all inclusive - we've had mixed experiences elsewhere, but cannot fault here at all - superb selections each day, not repeated or reversioned from the previous days. They cater for lactose intolerant and gluten free with Schar products too which is great to see. There is front-of-house chef ready to cook you fresh chicken, fish or meats of choice. All Inclusive alcohol selection is a good mix too, with red, white and rose on tap, lager, and lots of cocktail choices. The entertainers, or the Three Musketeers as others have referred to them are superb, they're on the go the whole day with choices of yoga, archery, darts, shuffleboard, pool, and plenty of antics in the swimming pool with bouncy castles and foam parties. In the evening they do various entertainments with guest spots from local singers and acts. Personally, we were a bit concerned about Health & Safety when the foam machine came out mid afternoon right next to the pool thinking about people slipping on the foam, but Management were keeping a very close eye on things from their balcony above, and advising the staff throughout to put out more warning cones etc. 10mins after the foam party finished, the whole area had been cleaned and hosed down. Don't be put off by the immediate surroundings on the busy roundabout... walk towards the beach, turn left and wander for 10-15 mins and you'll come across a lovely town with plenty of beach front shops and bars in Playa de Las Americas and the town itself filled with shops. Or turn right and find yourself in Santa Cruz again with nice beachfront bars restaurants and designer shops. The reason I've given location 3 stars is because the immediate surroundings are a bit grotty, but you are only aware of this when leaving the hotel itself. The road can be noisy at night and has kept me awake on a couple of nights. Star Trek geeks - when going in the left hand lift, go all the way from the restaurant up to 7th floor - you'll hear something you'll recognise - listen carefully, you'll think you're going into warp speed 😀 Would we come again? Yes absolutely!! Definately worth it for the food/drink/hospitality and heated pool which we've been advised is heated throughout the summer - air temperature about 23'C, lifeguard told us the water has been around 32'C during our stay. ***** Highly recommend *****

Staff mainly are all lovely, can't say the same about the stag and hen dos, although not all are bad, we are not early to bed, but genuinely have never been so sleep deprived in all my life, there not even a kettle and coffee making facilties in the room, which is a first for me.

Its like the younger generation have 0 respect for anyone including themselves, 1am loud mouthed people coming home, all night long, having taken all sorts of drugs, they come back to hotel and through the night continue consuming them, including weed on the hotel balcony.

Next door to us keeps us awake all night, dragging chairs on balcony as noisy as possible, so when we get up early we return the favour, basically you can only sleep when the druggies have passed out at about 5am in the morning!

If your planning a honeymoon, or even a romantic get away, stay clear from this hotel, as genuinely we are hugely disappointed by the experience, the hotel looks very nice but in reality they cater for to many 18-25 year olds who want a different holiday to all the other guests.

Personally this hotel could very easily become a 5 star hotel without them sorts ruining the vibe for everyone else, we will 100% be coming back but not to this hotel, as everything we want to do the peace is destroyed, we came here to do alot in day and enjoy rest and relaxation, huge mistake by us avoid at all costs.

Don't pay any attention to the good reviews like we did, as they delete the bad reviews to promote there hotel, this is the 2nd time I have had to write a review.

I have saved this review, and will be reporting this directly to tui when we get back and google reviews directly via email, to show that they are deleting our review.

Scroll down enough you will find many other reviews like ours, just recent one get deleted as we found because they want to keep guests coming in, its illegal to fix reviews yet they are.

Stay clear of the strip in regards to hotels if your a couple looking for a great experience, Veronica's attracts all the wrong people, who then stay here and wake everyone up continuesly, from running up and down corridors to just being far to loud late at night.

I would advise booking some in middle of Costa adeje, where the guests and Hotels have better standards for guests, as here they let any sort come and stay.

The hotel is fairly clean, staff can't do enough for guests, but the type of people they except here are just wrong, either deny stag and hens or tell them straight one complaint you will kick them out!

And ole tropical don't leave an apology here, like that's going to fix our ruined sleep, make us come back because its not, sort it out! You have allowed them to ruin our holiday, never again.

Couples left after arriving because they did not like the type of people here, I have come very close to getting myself locked in prison, due to arrogant wanna be guests who think they are hard, when they are just wet flannels.

Want 5 star get rid of these low life's and it will very quickly become the go to place for normal adults wanting the best holiday experience.

Then at the end of our holiday forced to pay 30 quid to extend the room, which still didn't cover our stay, for 6 hours left without food or drink while waiting for pick up time after paying extra, and having already paid for all inclusive, worst hotel I have ever stayed at, be warned! Disgraceful.

Reception make the end day as miserable as possible for you, if you like being taken for a mug here's the...

At the start of the holiday we got into the hotel at 11:45pm on the 15th of October so we knew we wouldn’t get any food so we ate before the room was nice and clean, there wasn’t any tea or coffee making facilities. The bed was comfy and came with a duvet if you needed very annoying that it was two separate beds tho so you and ur partner couldn’t really sleep together without falling down in between the beds.|The breakfast had a nice variety and freshly cooked eggs and omelettes yet if you wasn’t all inclusive you wasn’t aloud any drinks at all in the restaurant and I found that only one of the morning the pancakes was warm but I enjoyed the breakfast, we only had lunch once and thought there was a good variety for a lunch and enjoyed that but again no drinks were aloud to be consumed not even brought from inside the restaurant. The dinner had the same things basically every night although some things was nice I only saw about three different things added in the night we ate in the hotel . You could buy drinks from the bar to have around the pool and the outside tables the one we had was nice but the frozen alcoholic drinks definitely came half melted but was ok for the price. The pool and sun-bed area was amazing and the bar staff and around the pool had great service Aswell as the cleaners.|But the massive problem laid when we paid extra to check out later meant to be 12 and paid €30 euros to stay till 2 we then went to go for lunch and was refused to have lunch even tho we had paid for a late check out and we even spoke with staff and they said no you have to pay I said we have paid for a late check out tho and we went for lunch around 1:30 so we was still checked in we also spoke to the tui rep about this and they agree that we should have been able to continue to use the facilities until we have checked out and lunch was still on till 2/2:30 and when we was talking to the reception staff explaining we had paid extra and that we had actually only had 6 days of dinner and food and paid for 7 the woman got really defensive so we walked of to go and get our suitcases to bring down so we could go get lunch and now had to go into our money for the airport as we was going to have lunch at the hotel like we paid extra for. Later on that day we was sat in the reception and watched multiple people come into the hotel being greeted they was all greeted with a welcome drink and explained all things about the hotel and how they could purchase all inclusive if wanted and we noticed the difference in the way the way these guest was being treated was so much diffent to us which we suspect would be to our ages as we our a 18 year old couple we our not loud or anything we haven’t caused any issues and never would so the fact we didn’t get greeted with drinks or with a friendly smile like everyone else upset us quite a lot, we thought this may have been because we came in late but after asking a few others who checked in late at night we noticed it was truly just us now this is an adults only hotel so they know we our adults and some people just got orange juice we feel as if we was singled out and this has really put a downer on the holiday I appreciate whoever has read this as I know it is long but it is worth reading as what we have gone through on or last day is just not right thank...

Thank you...
