Warning!!! Please do not listen to any of the good reviews you hear about this hotel as it’s all lies !!! ||Anyone who books this hotel will be full of disappointment as I was very very disappointed I went on to love holidays to book the hotel which they should not even have it on there website to sell to people if I’m being completely honest with you as it’s made me very courageous bout booking with them again as other company’s I have booked with would not have something on there websites as bad as this hotel ||I honestly don’t no were to start I went on to the reviews and read loads of good ones some bad reviews but so many good I never thought I would ever experience anything as bad as I did !||So when we got to the hotel the time of checking it it took us an hour at the desk as the women at the desk was to Interested in talking to people working in there and giggling away when I was stood right in front of her ! When finally she did sort us out our room omg I got in there and I instantly felt sick! It’s no joke how they can let people stay in them rooms I was sprewing my guys up the bed was not a normal bed it was a pull out bunk that turned in to a bed the mattress as u can imagine was just filthy I felt so dirty even after a shower it was not fit to sleep in I basically was scared if the bottom sheet came up over how filthy the mattress was never seen anything like it the shower basically floored out the full bathroom as the drain was blocked and the sealing on the bottom of the shower was all over so you was always soaked from the floor in the bathroom even when getting up the next morning or threw the night had to step in a puddle of water off the shower ! They was big massive bugs in the room I phoned the man at the desk in the night as it’s a women in the morning and man in the night and he did not care at all he basically told me not his problem I only asked for bug spray or if he had another apartment he could move us to and he said no and put down the phone the second night then staying there a alarm went off still don’t no know what that alarm was we thought it was a fire alarm so we got up no one was out nothing happening phone the man at the desk again and said yes I no about the problem and good bye! Cut the phone off again ! My husband walk up to main floor to find out and again he blanked him like he was not stood in front of him !!||I would strongly advise not to please book this hotel I was dreading to go back to my room so we basically stayed out all day when this holiday was meant to be a relaxing holiday and u couldn’t have a lay in in the mornings as they was drilling and whatever right outside of the room with tools my holiday was ruined the pool we never even tried as I don’t think any of it was clean please don’t waste ur money and make the mistake I done as I feel my holiday was know a waste😢 they also take 100 out of ur card before ur holiday even starts and also don’t depend on room service as we went for 5 days and our apartment room got clean once the whole time being there very disgusting I asked for new towels and it basically nearly killed the women to give me fresh towels eyes rolling the lot but one day of room service clean while being there is not very good ! I am just pleased I did not bring my kids as I wud have wasted loads of money because I would have had to book a completely different hotel as would not trust my kids in that room with the state of it ! Also the private terrace they tell you about don’t have no privacy whatsoever as it’s all the appointments...

Good Points: ||-Location is perfect, close to all bars, restaurants, bus stops and beach.|-Staff were really lovely and helpful!! |-Can chill for the day if checked out, they will provide towels and a place to shower and change if you want to stay by the pool or beach until your flight.|-Smart Tv and good internet||Bad Points:||-Cleanliness, some parts were super clean, but the floors were filthy, I couldn't walk around barefoot, there were spillages, stains, cup marks on the tables, greasy watermarks and stains in the shower. |- Cockroaches, I was the 3rd floor up and had regular visitors, just incase you are squeamish.|-Beds...the beds are made with only a light single sheet over the mattress, although the sheets were spotless, if you wriggle they move and come of and you'd find yourself lying on the very heavily stained dirty mattress. No mattress protector. It was hot and was happy to sleep on top of duvet. But it's not sanitary.|-They e-mailed me to say I'd damaged the TV once checked out and looking for costs of damage. There was a small line running across it, damage done before my stay, didn't think to report it as it didn't effect my ability to watch it. But if you do find any issues maybe go down to them straight away or take pics so you aren't in the same situation. But just shows that the cleaners are hit and miss and wasn't picked up beforehand. I was embarrassed to be accused but the staff were lovely and resolved it.|-Balcony door broken! Wouldn't slide.|-There are renovations going on at the moment but that is stated when booking, which was fine for me as I was out and about but wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a peaceful quiet stay by the pool.||This hotel is okay. I wanted a cheap place to stay as a base while exploring the island. Cleanliness is letting it down as stated in other reviews.|Hotel has lots of potential and hopefully when renovations are done it will be fabulous but for now I...

THIS IS AN HONEST, FAIR AND DETAILED REVIEW.

we have stayed at this hotel twice now, before and after the new refurbishment.

the location of this place is amazing. so many restaurants around and the beach a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

staff are friendly and attentive, however the cleaning staff will come into your apartment early without notice. we had a situation where the cleaner knocked at 10am and came straight in when we were all asleep, we proceeded to say no to the clean and the cleaner came into the apartment anyway and took towels. the cleaner also took one of our own towels which we never got back.

the room is clean however the walls and ceilings have weird stains on them? (as seen in the photos) i’m not sure if this is the pattern or unfinished refurbishment but it was not very appealing. the shower also did not drain quick enough for the water so the bathroom floor would get quite wet after one use.

beware there are loads of ants on the balcony and tons the rooms aswell as cockroaches! however we did notify staff about the cockroaches and they sent someone to look for it. one evening i walked into the double bedroom to see hundreds of ants on the floor. another evening we found ants all over the bed. i guess the hotel can’t necessarily control this tho as we did have the doors open.

there is NO AIRCON!! there seems to be two ceiling fans one in one bedroom and one in the living space (this one does not work).

we stayed here in october and were surprised to see many “lads holidays” staying at this hotel. the pool was constantly busy and quite noisy aswell as the strip a few minutes away disrupting our sleep until about 4am

overall, this hotel is cheap and clean but i would not recommend for families and certainly not ANY holidays in the summer as the heat in october has been unbearable...
