Absolutely wonderful from the minute we arrived, we read reviews and heard good things so walked 40minutes and boy was it worth it! In peak season last week they accommodated us as a family of 6 unbooked. Children given colouring, he youngest child a neck handkerchief to not spoil his shirt(given I told our waiter he tends to wear the dinner) and children are offered any pizza pasta off of their menu of choice as a half portion in addition to their children's menu on offer. Rose House wine was great quality, washing the delicious food down! Adequate portions delicious you donot want them to end...very good value, considering along the beachfront with a lovely ambience! Staff are brilliant taking a family photo of us all as our last supper before returning to the UK (despite being the last table in there at closing we still didn't feel rushed to leave). when struggling to decide what to order, myself and partner decided to share two dishes, half and half a pizza and fillet beef steak strips in penne combined in a mustard brandy creamy sauce...just wow 👌🏻 They also offered to add chilli flakes and tabasco to drizzle over our pepperoni pizza as we love the spice! The children cleared their plates of spaghetti bolognase and given parmesan to top which the children love. Our meal Finished with a complimentary limoncello from the Staff, who were personable but professional and very swift!.. being attended to by 2 waiters one of which a young man as his second day we were told and asked if this was okay. This place is a must visit! Thank you all.

Having booked a table for 3 five days in advance we were somewhat surprised to be seated at a table only really large enough for 2 to sit comfortably at the front of the restaurant, but not wanting to make a fuss we decided to go with it. Unfortunately as the menu board was right next to our table it felt somewhat like we were constantly being stared at and looked over whilst having our meal which wasn’t the experience we were looking for. The starters of garlic bread & mozzarella were lovely and packed full of flavour, as were the main meals of Lasagna & Spaghetti Carbonara which met our expectations. I decided to have the Tiramisu for dessert based off this but ended up wishing I hadn’t bothered. For the price the size and quality of the dessert just didn’t match the starters or main. It was quite expensive and mainly consisted of whipped cream with a very small amount of ladies fingers soaked in coffee. If you’re visiting I would recommend trying to sit further in the restaurant and just goi g for a starter & main leaving the dessert to get at another outlet.

First of all, the service was atrocious. We were left waiting to have our order taken for nearly 30 minutes. We also had to move tables TWICE due to them first of all sitting us beside a bin, then again after flies constantly landed on our table and nearly on the cutlery and food. Quite honestly the worst food we've had, I have no idea how there are so many good reviews but perhaps we got unlucky with the food we ordered (who knows?). We ordered the carbonara, pizza and a steak tagliatelle. Both pasta dishes were disgusting. As you can see from the carbonara it's cooked very poorly and the egg spoiled making it lumpy. It was also flavourless and unseasoned. The other pasta dish was undercooked, my partner wasn't asked how he wanted his steak done and it was so awful he refused to let me try it. He ate one mouthful and couldn't finish it. The pizza was edible but it tasted of nothing. Perhaps the staff should pay less attention to dragging people in off the streets and more on attending to patrons and improving the quality of their food.

If a holiday in Costa Adeje is a new experience and you were to ask, say a regular visitor over there to recommend some restaurants to you, i would highly suspect that this particular one would be mentioned. It is probably the be all and end all place to go for some, or maybe the dogs gonads to others, but alas, sadly, its not to me. The look is reasonable on the eye and the menu not overbearing, but not everyone wants 99% of the dishes smothered in some kind of rich sauce and of the couple of options that weren't, one being the dearest burger in the world at 18.5 euros ( but it didn't come in a gold leaf bun ) and the tuna, were the only 2 that i could see of very limited options. I passed up on the burger elite and chanced the only other feasible choice, the tuna, but sadly it was a major let down. On ordering, the waiter kindly informed me that it came with vegetables and a choice of whatever form of potatoes i required, great, job done. However, not only were the 2 pieces of tuna minute, but the veg consisted of half a slice of courgette and a twig of herbs and i was actually charged extra for the 3 tiny potatoes that 99.9% of other places provide with the meal. A complete an utter joke, maybe they think that they are so well thought of, that you should feel obliged to pay extra for there reputation. ?? All in all, just a truly dire experience sadly, but the very best of luck to you if trying...

We decided to have lunch at this “restaurant” because 2,700 reviews and a 4.5-star rating made us hopeful we’d be able to enjoy a nice meal and relax.

Yes, the food arrived very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise — but the quality was awful. Everything was just reheated. The Canarian potatoes, which we’ve had countless times before, were barely warm and clearly cooked long in advance. The salmon was also reheated. The only things that were remotely decent were the Margherita pizza and the tomato soup.

To make things worse, when we went to the restroom to change before heading to the beach, we found dead cockroaches lying next to the toilet. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my phone with me to capture this “lovely” scene.

I strongly do NOT recommend this place. There are plenty of great spots to eat in Tenerife. Sadly, a high number of reviews and an impressive rating don’t always tell the real story. Be careful — and may nothing spoil your holiday!

P.S. In response to the owner’s remark: she only once asked the child to shake the sand off their feet (the restaurant is located on the beach), which we did. I was wearing a swimsuit and changed in the restaurant’s restroom, as there were no changing cabins on the beach. I had asked the host in advance about this, and he gave...
