Sadly I'm unable to give a higher review. We visited this restaurant as it looked clean and popular. Amongst our party of 5 were two young girls. One ordered waffles with only chocolate sauce on them. The other ordered waffles with only chocolate sauce and banana. Although this wasn't on the menu it didn't seem much to ask as they sold waffles. The gentleman taking the order made us, and particularly the young girls feel guilty for asking and even blessed himself. He may have thought it was funny, it wasn't. The waffles with banana came with syrup, not chocolate sauce. That girl felt too guilty to say anything and ate away. The second girl was served waffles with syrup. Again not the chocolate sauce as requested. When this was pointed out it was taken away. We believed she would get a fresh waffle but, low and behold, the same waffle came back covered in syrup but chocolate sauce poured on top to the point the syrup was dripping off the flat dish it was on. It dripped onto her knee and the table. The rest of the order was good and service was quite prompt. When we asked for the bill I explained the issues and with credit to the gentleman who took our order he apologised and removed the waffles from the bill. He put the incorrect orders down to it being busy. We are only in Majorca for a week and cannot give the venue a 2nd chance. But, sadly, if the chance was there I'm not sure the two young...
Read moreNot a bad experience even if slightly mixed. I don't mean this in a mean way, but it was clear that the waiter that tended our table was a bit overwhelmed (even though it wasn't very crowded) and struggled understanding our order in English. I understand most tourists here speak German, but it was a bit tough to order regardless and the wrong drinks were brought first. In general he was very slow. But, and I have to stress that, he was very friendly and definitely tried. He probably just has to learn and practice a bit, so not a big deal really but still worth pointing out since most reviews mention very fast service. The location is nice, directly at a plaza. The pulled pork burger I had was delicious, even if not amazing. Chips coming with it were good too. Nice cocktail. All in all definitely a decent place. When paying I found that the owner was from Dublin, we wouldn't have had issues ordering with him anyways! He seemed very friendly and professional. Prices aren't low but well that's the case almost anywhere now unfortunately. Give this...
Read moreWe got tempted with nice smell and good visual of the food (also that it was probably only restaurant in the city with some spare tables). But it was really mistake - we had quattro formaggi pizza, which tasted like some cheap frozen pizza from a grocery store. Then we had recommended!! battered cod with the chips, which was not close to proper fish&chips, furthermore the fish was undercooked and chips were also laugh. The only thing we really enjoyed was their house nachos and nice approach of a waiter. Also necessary to mention the food took almost one hour to come (but to be fair the restaurant was also almost full and the waiter told us to count at least 30mins), but still.. Overall everything tasted like convenience food and not...
