This is the American comment you may be looking for - My wife is half Spanish and her mother is from Alcala. We came for a week to visit. This area of Alcala is great and you can’t go wrong anywhere sitting on the street, people watching, having a glass of wine. That being said we particularly enjoyed these guys. The pizza is fantastic. The wine is super reasonably price - just go for the bottle. Staff was super friendly and helped me out with my poor Spanish. It's very rare to find such a great Italian restaurant the deliver real Italian food in a city by Madrid I went there twice the place is so nice the atmosphere is great and nice also the quality of food is not changing over the times I went . No es una valoración de la comida por qué no llegamos ni a cenar , fuimos 4 personas con esa intención , jueves 20:45 , una mesa solo ocupada por dos personas en todo el restaurante las demás todas libres , nos atendió una chica a la entrada, con ningún grado de empatía , incluso trasmitió desgana esta persona nos puso en una mesa de 4 personas pegada a la cocina , mi mujer la dijo si podíamos ocupar otra mesa vacía que estaba al lado de la ventana de las mismas características y nos dijo que no y se fue sin dar ninguna explicación, a lo que preguntamos a otra chica camarera que estaba allí si había algún problema por ocupar esa mesa a lo que nos contestó que ninguno, la comentamos que su compañera había dicho que no podíamos , en ese momento entró la otra camarera y la preguntó por ello , a lo que contestó que estaba reservada , poco creíble ya que no había ningún cartel de reservado que es lo que se suele poner en esas circunstancias y aparte a nosotros no nos dijo eso en prrimer momento , así que con mucho indignación decidimos irnos por su forma de comportarse hacia nosotros ya que era evidente que esa mesa no estaba reservada , repito no es una crítica a la comida es exclusivamente esa...
