The restaurant has a cozy and modern look and vibe on the inside, and is very clean. Very friendly staff. Some of them speaks English as well and they are attentive to your needs.
The food was not so great. Both the buns and pulled pork were cold, as if it was pulled from a refrigerator and put inside the burger. The French fries were raw and underprepared.
The food did not arrive all at once. First the kids menus arrived. Then about 20 minutes later, when the kids were done, four more courses arrived. And about 10 minutes after that, the rest of the food arrived.
Ultimately, and unfortunately, food and service did not meet expectations at this price point. The restaurant has a good location in the city center, and it's very cozy and nice inside. Beautiful decor, lots of space for guests. I hope they can improve on food...

The burgers and appetizers were excellent but the French fries were not well made. They tasted like they were partially cooked and then warmed up. The beer is always good and cold.
The service is a bit slow even as the only ones in the restaurant. However, that's partially cultural (you should spend more time enjoying your company and food) and partially the time we came at (they seemed to still be prepping for open).
