1 star is too much, please read carefully, I’m really sorry if this place doesn’t like my review, but i’ll make sure it keeps posted.

Food is a disgrace, dishes and cups are dirty with fingerprints, the menu is selection is horrible and if you are lucky and get served, is even worse than expected, I got nausea after leaving this place.

Unpleasant atmosphere, this place is without a doubt a total disgrace!, don’t come here and save yourself your precious time, horrible service, horrible music, horrible kind of people, can’t say horrible enough, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible.

Calamity of music, really loud for some moments, then no music at all, feels like you are being kick off.

Killer beer selection… Alhambra only… (you are supposed to have more, but your staff didn’t want to serve?)

Your untruthful and unsincere copy / paste apologies won’t be considered, actions are necessary to get this place at the standard levels of the area.

Offensive and unnecessary jokes from the waiters are NOT fun, and they should not treat you like thew own the city.

Unacceptable that you even need a reservation to come here, but it’s better, less people will come after all, so that’s fine, and please be concerned about my negative experience at 4...

I recently visited, hoping for a pleasant dining experience on the terrace. However, our visit got off to a disappointing start as my friend was ignored upon arrival. We attempted to find a seat, only to realize that the tables on the terrace were being replaced with new ones?. Frustrated, we moved inside the bar, where we discovered a QR code system for ordering at the table. Despite our efforts, the system proved to be inefficient, and we faced multiple issues. First, the QR code ordering was touted as a faster alternative, but it was far from it. We struggled to place our order, and when we sought assistance, we were met with unhelpful responses. One staff member mentioned the system was down due to table changes on the terrace, leaving us puzzled and confused. Overall, our experience at this place was marred by poor service, lack of communication, and inefficiency in their ordering and checkout processes. It's disappointing to see a restaurant with potential fall short in delivering a satisfactory dining experience. Me and some friends sat down here to have a drink and noticed an offer on cocktails and mixers. We scanned the qr code and asked the waiter if we could use the offer for our drinks order. A male waiter with blonde hair came over and promptly rolled his eyes then began to tell us it's only allowed for mixers then walked away. We filled out the details on the website and waited for the waiter to return, he didn't, we finally asked him to come take our order after waiting 20 minutes. He came over and took our order then served the other tables around us. After a further 20 minutes, drinks for other tables who had arrived after we placed our order began to arrive. We asked if he had started our drink order to which he replied "no but I can start now if you like" to which we replied no don't bother and left. If you go here perhaps only order a simple drink and ignore the promotional offers they provide as they clearly can't...
