It is very sad that the minimum is 1 star I would like to leave zero. I was a regular guest, almost every weekend, and i recommended this club to my friends and followers in instagram. In December I was banned because I posted in my social media the truth: we were waiting 20 minutes with the table and deposit and after this time they said that we can’t enter. In a rude way. Not at the first moment (they didn’t like someone in our group), but after 20 minutes waiting outside. Next day I had a conversation with a person who is responsible for the workers and he apologised because we all understand that it is not okay that the guests are waiting 20 min, but he said that me as an influencer can’t post anything at social before have a talk and that’s why I was banned. I said I didn’t said anything which is not truth but I don’t want to have a fight and I would like to be in a normal relationship and I don’t think it is a good way to solve a problem. He agreed.
I had a birthday at 3 of January and I had a confirmation that our problem is solved. At the entrance again I was stopped and was waiting around 10-15 min and then the director came and said that all my guests can enter except me because “he doesn’t know about the confirmation” even that I had it from his colleague.
I think it is the worst way to solve the problem to be honest. They said that the director will text me, it was misunderstanding but it never happened. I think that now they have to apologise because they were treating me like this at the day of my birthday. They have my number.
Sometimes people think that they are in Monaco with an exclusive club, but the service is still so far away unfortunately. It is a shame cause the club started really good, with good music...

First of all, the management of “Chica” should be reminded that discrimination is unacceptable in a civilized world. Secondly, if a hostess or administrator openly says, “We don’t like your face” or “We think others are better than you,” this is simply beyond reason. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable.
Perhaps the staff should undergo proper training to learn the basics of service. Especially when a security guard even went as far as physically pushing people — this is a blatant violation of norms and rules for interacting with guests.
I strongly urge someone from the management team or, better yet, the ownership, to reach out to me. This kind of behavior needs to be addressed immediately. If no action is taken, I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the consumer rights protection authorities.
It is unacceptable to treat people this way. At the very least, guests deserve respect. Frankly, even animals are treated better than how guests were treated...

Drinks are pricey but delicious, and the music was great – rave/house vibes with good DJs. The club is clean but small.
However, the experience was significantly marred by the staff. The servers at the bar were extremely slow and not paying attention to customers as much as they should have been. Plus, the security was incredibly rude. We stepped out for a quick cigarette, and they inexplicably refused to let us back in, despite us standing right beside them.
