CHEAP! RUDE! NOT CLASSY AT ALL! NO MANNERS! THEY WERE SETTING MY TABLE FOR NEW GUEST WHILE I WAS STILL THERE AND HAD 2 HOUR RESERVATION AMD IT HAS BEEN ONLY ONE HOUR!!! AVOID!!!! Our experience at Jacqueline was incredibly disappointing. We came to Jacqueline for dinner and to book new year dinner there, but ojd visit took an unfortunate turn. Initially, everything appeared ok, but issues arose when they served us butter and bread, charging us €7, even though my husband doesn't consume butter. In 1 » minutes we ordered our cocktails and entradas and were preparing to order the main dishes, and then the waitress informed us of a €70 per person spending requirement in a rather impolite manner. Depsite already ordering for more than 70 euro per person, it would be nice that this crucial detail will be disclosed on the website. The confusion persisted when my main dish arrived with truffle fries instead of the simple ones I ordered because the waitress were pushing her stuff on us, being « worried » that we will not meet 70 euro requirements per person. The fries arrived with disgusting truffle paste and dried Parmesan that no one asked for. The staff's attempt to influence our choices left us feeling frustrated. Despite reserving for two hours, the waitress hurried us out at 9 pm ( we had reservation from 7:45 and arrived on time), citing the arrival of the next guests. They even cleared our table while there was still wine in glass and took our napkins literally FROM MY HANDS!!! While we were seating there and started to set a table for new guests . From the very start, the experience was wonderful – the young Brazilian hostesses greeted us with genuine warmth and a big smile, and they even allowed us to change our table without any problem.

The venue itself is fantastic, with several different spaces that each have their own unique vibe. There’s a lively upstairs restaurant full of energy, music, and a young, joyful crowd, and then a jazz lounge where we were lucky enough to enjoy an excellent live performance.
