I tried to order a café con leche and witnessed a scene of racism from a manager or supervisor towards their employees in front of everyone! I couldn’t believe it! In Spain, they still seem to think they’re at war and that everyone is their slave! You can talk about the United States or Mexico, but these kinds of humiliations simply don’t exist there! Ordered a crepé specifically without chocolate as my friend is allergic to coco. Staff then proceeds to make wrong crepé including chocolate forcing my friend to vomit . When we tried to explain it to them, they said that the crepe was already eaten so we couldn't get another or a refund. How else were you meant to realise that The bloody thing was full of chocolate! Very rude staff. Bird dropped feces on my hair right in front of sagrada familia, so I went into this place asking if I could use the bathroom to clean myself up. Woman told me I had to pay for a consumption if I wanted to use the bathroom. Asked again and even showed the bird feces in my hair, and she still told me she wouldn’t allow it.
