Our first day in Barcelona and Spain, after a tiring flight we were searching for a place to eat. Unfortunately, everything was full or closing soon. We decided to have dinner here and it was a total disappointment. I even thought Spanish cuisine is not for me. Paella was not a true paella, it was rice with 6 peas and pieces of pepper. 3 prawns and 6 mussels. Not tasty at all. I also ordered won ton, it was disgusting… it wasn’t soup. It was water with lettuce and maybe a spoon of sour cream to paint it as if it was a bouillon… As tapas we ordered cod balls, there were little of cod there, mostly bread with a bit of fish. No sause… I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only plus was prices, however, I’d rather pay more and get a pleasure from delicious food, than eat this. Service was OK, but no one spoke English. Please do not waste your money and time for this place. I am travelling from the Canada, it’s an amazing spot, the people who run this place are so friendly and gave a smile every time I came in, recognised me. When I return to Barcelona, I will definitely be back. Thank you for making me feel so welcome on my first ever solo travelling trip. I will recommend to my friend when they travel to Barcelona.

The owner is really friendly and the mojitos are soooo good i highly recommend!

Nice place with tasty food. Being a fully booked on the terrace, staff organised one more table for us just in one moment and created a special dish for me , Sangria, meat and shrimps are highly recommended 👌

Ich war jetzt mittlerweile schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Etablissement. Das erste Mal verließ ich es wegen viel zu lauten Fußball Geräuschen. Das zweite Mal kamen wir in einer 9er Gruppe. Worauf das Restaurant offensichtlich nicht vorbereitet war. Die Kellnerin versuchte unbeholfen Tische zusammenzustellen. Was ihr nach einiger Zeit eher schlecht als recht tatsächlich gelang wir hatten zwar immer noch fast keinen Platz aber immerhin konnten wir nun unsere Bestellungen aufnehmen. Nachdem wir drei verschiedene Versionen derselben Karte durchforstet und nur selten auf Preisschilder gestoßen sind habe ich mich für die Paella entschieden welche sich im Anhang befindet. Nachdem wir sie nicht alle bestellen konnten da die Shrimps alle waren. Musste ich mich für eine andere Paella Ort entscheiden als mir lieb war. Das Essen an sich schmeckte besser als es das Ambiente vermuten ließe. Als dann aber der Wunsch in mit aufkam lange Haare zu haben da ich ein solches in meinem Teller fand. Sank Meine anfangs noch gemäßigte Stimmung. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hätte ich dem Restaurant allerdings noch 3 Sterne gegeben. Als mir die Unfähigkeit des Personals noch Stärke auffiel und ich mich ein wenig genauer um schaute und mitten im Raum die gesamten Getränke Vorräte fand hätte es immer noch für eine 2 Sterne Bewertung gereicht. Als aber nach einer halben Stunde der Durchfall Einsetzte war für mich der Zeitpunkt gekommen zudem ich den Schluss gefasst habe diese Rezession zu schreiben und nur einen Stern...
