An authentic bar in the middle of Barcelona!
A great treasure, if you want to avoid the touristic restaurants. This bar serves a small menu with great spanish dishes. Don’t let the dark alley and it’s vintage charm to put you off. It’s the place where locals go for a beer or a small snack.
We were looking for a something to eat and something cold to drink. Within minutes we had an ice cold beer from iced glasses. Food was fresh and delicious.
We recommend to try the homemade tortilla, ensalada mista (mixed salad with tuna) and the croquettas (fried meatballs).

Super nice and helpful, we loved talking to the bartender and they gave us excellent food and drinks.
Was a little hot in the restaurant so we sat outside, they helped us out and was super helpful.
Only thing is that there was not many options for food but if you're looking for a drink and authentic tapas and to interact with a local bar owner, this is the place to go!

Read moreVery local vibe here. Asked for the ‘Menu Del Dia’ and it did not disappoint. Waitress was lovely, once she clocked on our Spanish wasn’t the best, she explained the options we could have.
I went with the tortilla for starter, followed by the meatballs with a flan to finish along with a cafe con leche. This was all washed down with half a bottle of red (which at 15 euros each for the entire meal is crazy value!)
