Brunch and The City — Restaurant in Barcelona

Whilst the restaurant interior is very well made and is interesting for those who like the show. And the service is good. The food leaves a lot to be desired. Basic brunch dishes are served poorly with bad quality ingredients, and without real seasoning. We have ordered the mr big Benedict and the Brooklyn Benedict royal, with both being poor. The mr big has fried chicken which was nor made fresh, and resembled store frozen food heated up and left to get soggy. The Benedict itself in all the dishes was extremely overcooked and the eggs were very small. And the combination of flavours was not pleasing to the palette. Additionally the hollandaise was not prepared properly, and had an off taste, like it was overcooked or reheated. All these portions are very small for the price as well.

The other dishes were acceptable but nothing to rave about. The avocado toast with smoked salmon was good, but i feel like its had to make a bad one. Essentially the only good thing about the food is that is well plated.

Whilst the staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful, and the interior design is good, the food is a let down, and is simply not acceptable...

Horrible Experience - Never Going Back!

today at 3:40 PM, looking forward to a simple coffee. Right away, the staff told us they were closing at 4 PM. My friend and I just wanted a quick coffee, but the guy (waiter), clearly uninterested in serving us, said we couldn’t have coffee because they were closing.

We still had 20 minutes left, so we asked for water instead. The server’s face showed pure annoyance, making it clear he didn’t want to work. His lack of professionalism was shocking. I told him that if he didn’t want to serve us, he could just say so rather than making excuses.

In response, he made a dismissive hand gesture, basically telling us to leave. This was the most disrespectful treatment I have ever experienced. The staff was lazy and had zero respect for customers.

I will never return to this place and suggest you avoid it too. It deserves to be blacklisted for such...

Excited to try, but left very disappointed. Reservation lost, long wait for service. No drinks for more than an hour, dessert served before main meals. Petrovki syrniki which we ordered for dessert arrived after more than 1.5hr after being seated and we still had no coffee or mimosas nor main dishes. The dish itself was tasteless. Aiden eggs that we ordered, arrived completely cold. A dish with runny yolks that is completely cold is very unappetizing. We had reservation at 12, we got food at 14.
