Burger house halal — Restaurant in Barcelona

Do not get the fried chicken from here, the batter for my chicken wings was laced with what looked like hair, I raised this with the staff member who took our order and he said this is just how the chicken comes, then a second staff member came and looked and immediately sent it back to be remade. Even after remaking the chicken was inedible as was soaked in oil(could have fried the whole chicken in the oil that was leaking from 4 wings). The cheese burger meat itself was nice but burger way too saucy, hard to eat without making a mess. My wifes grilled chicken wrap seemed okay however even that she did not finish so i’m guessing that says enough....

I visited here with my family, who live in Barcelona. They told me it was the best (halal) burger they had eaten. That may be true for them. But the UK has a much better standard. The burger buns was really crusty and was more like stale bread in the interior. The burger was very soft and lacked seasoning, but the sauces were nice. The chicken burger was really bland and not enjoyable. We tried some wings which were probably the best thing we ate, even though we ordered them for the kids. They do make everything fresh, but in my opinion, need to have a better bun and more seasoning to elevate...

Too bad. Never again. I just ordered one wrap of chicken to take away but I waited for more than half hour. There were five employees in the small restaurant, and three were cooking and It wasn't crowded. Then why? Also the employee’s customer service is terrible.
