Cirera Bar — Restaurant in Barcelona

We were staying at a nearby place and were looking for a decent meal in Barcelona. 150 meters away and only 5 star reviews, we decided to check it out. Not only were we not disappointed, it was the best food and service we’ve had in all of Europe. They only start serving dinner at 8pm but, they found some snacks for us while we waited for what we were hoping would be pretty decent. The prices certainly don’t imply Michelin rated meals but, that's probably because the Michelin people haven’t had any Pinsa yet.

The ‘Pinsa’ is their homemade version of pizza but, I suspect that we’ve had it wrong and pizza is a poor imitation of their Pinsa. Amazing! I don’t know what else to say.

We didn’t really know what to order at first. The owner and his wife are fluent in a few languages though and, made recommendations based on their specialties. The apps were fantastic! The desserts were great. The pinsa had us coming back for another night in our 3 days in town. As I’m writing this, I’m wishing they were open so that I can take a slice with me on the plane. If anyone gives them less than 5 stars, I suspect they hit the wrong key and don’t know how to fix their review. Give this place a try. It’s a real gem...

Excellent Experience at Cierera Bar

Recently, my husband and I visited Cierera Bar in Barcelona, Spain, and we were delighted with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—something that, unfortunately, is not always common to find. The staff attended to us with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor that made our visit even more enjoyable.

The hummus was, without a doubt, the best we've ever had. Additionally, we enjoyed a delicious mortadella bologna pizza that exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food is outstanding, and each dish was prepared with great care.

The location is also very convenient, as the restaurant is close to both the Vallcarca metro station and Park Güell. This makes it easily accessible and a great option for those exploring the area.

I highly recommend Cierera Bar, not only for its exquisite food but also for the high-quality customer service that truly highlights the hospitality of Barcelona. We will definitely...

I found Ciera Bar by chance during our stay in Barcelona. Besides the food being some of the best food I had during our stay. You could tell all the ingredients were fresh and the food was made with special care. Also, the cooking brought me back memories of my mother's cooking.
