I honestly can’t remember the last time I left a restaurant this happy and satisfied. The food is… magical. The steak tartare – a perfect harmony of flavors, like someone read my mind and knew exactly what I craved. One of those bites you never forget. Ever.

The staff? Smiling wizards. None of that fake “everything’s great” attitude – they truly want you to enjoy every second. Their recommendations? Spot on. You feel like you’re at home, just without the chaos.

If Barcelona has a soul, I’m convinced a piece of it is hidden in this tapas bar. I’ll be back the first chance I get!!!

I came back – hungrier, happier, and with high expectations. Ciudad Condal didn’t just meet them – it raised the bar. The steak tartare? Unreal. Even better than I remembered. It’s like they knew I was coming and saved me the best bite in town. Oh, and did I mention the spectacular view of the Sagrada Familia? As if the food wasn’t enough of a masterpiece. We arrived about ten minutes before closing, and still – the staff kindly stayed longer just to make sure we were well taken care of. No rush, no attitude, just genuine hospitality.

DO NOT GO HERE! there is no way they have an average of 4 stars. They stopped us while we were walking and ,since i was looking for a bathroom, i decide to ask for a bottle of water and it was supposed to cost “”only 2.5€”” (which is already a lot for water, we didn’t even sit). Condal is nothing short of amazing! The food and the drinks are some of the best in Barcelona. Do not think this is a tourist stop. Every drink and meal is meticulously prepared and provides you with the BEST quality. If you are a beef carpaccio fan, this is the place to get it. Same can be said for the steak tartare.
