I had breakfast with my daughter and husband here and it was delicious! It was super close to the sagrada familia so very tourist friendly. The food was amazing and the flavors were unique but easy to love. My daughter is quite picky and so am I but we enjoyed every plate. I had the french toast and it was to die for. As I said, im quite picky so I asked for toppings on the side and they were very accomodating. :) My husband got a plate of avocado, fried eggs, toast, and potatoes which he really like. I believe it was called frankie. Would recomend. My daughter ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla that had guac, sour cream, and pickled onions on the side. Shes picky about her food but she ate it all and particularly liked the guac and onions on top of her quesadilla. The quesadilla's chiken and cheese had a strong flavor but it was balanced well by the toppings and tortilla. To drink my husband had coffee with chocolate and cream that he really enjoyed and we ordered a matcha that had a very authentic flavor. Everything was super yummy and the environment was very welcoming. The place was super clean...
Read moreThis is our first meal in Barcelona. It's closer to our hotel. And we saw the Google rating is higher. We thought it should be good. So We chose to be our first meal in Barcelona. The waiter's attitude is general and food is extremely average. We are five people. We ordered some food and shared it with everyone. We asked the waiter if she could give us more plates. The waiter said they don't provide plates. It's a little strange. It's the first time I've heard of such a meal culture. When we paid, the waiter forced us to pay tips. She gave us a POS terminal with options for tips ranging from 5% upwards. We had no choice but to pay. We've been in Spain for 10 days. No restaurant forced us to pay tips. We paid twice because the waiter forgot to charge us tips the first time. She said she would cancel the first charge. It's been half a month. Our money hasn't been returned yet. If we don't look at the bill, they may swallow the money.
