EL BUND 18 — Restaurant in Barcelona

I previously gave this restaurant 5 stars because it was one of my favorite places and it still is! However, I have to change my rating because the last few times, the experience has been not so quite good. The personnel there seem to be too moody and inconsistent and rude. The last time I took my friends there to introduce the amazing food they have, the waitress was quite rude and almost acted like she did not want to serve us any food or have us there at all. What would have been a great experience with their great selection of food, turned into a sour experience for me. I will probably get some take-out in the future from this place because I still love their authentic food, however I wouldn't introduce this place to anymore friends or recommend it to anyone. The lady with the short hair who works here/possibly the owner. is incredibly rude, I’ve never seen a restaurant owner being this rude to not just me but other people as well. But she’s only nice to Spanish/Catalans and not others. She literally screams at me and gets so angry and impatient every time I asked for something. Made me feel so uncomfortable. I’ve been here multiple times and she acts like this every time and with other people I’ve brought (Non Spanish people) but she’d laugh and chat with the locals/Spanish people. This place makes authentic Wenzhou cuisine. Food is good. Products are fresh. The price is on the cheaper side. It's easier to order from the pictures. We had some Dim Sum, Xiao Long Bao, Fish ball soup, Wonton soup, Wenzhou noodles and some fried dumplings. Don't expect any conversation with the staff as there is only the business owner serving you. Unexpectedly the service was fast and the owner tries to explain how your food should be eaten between her rush to serve a full restaurant with mostly Asian people.
