El Fornet — Restaurant in Barcelona

This is the cafeteria closest to my office, and it is a pity it is the slowest one too. When there is a queue of office workers, it is usually one poor girl attending all the customers - cashing, coffee, serving the food. Half the time I leave and go to Glories, it is frequently quicker. I hear other women doing dishes in the other room, and can't understand how it is organised resulting in this waiting time. I wish they had more stuff there, clearly a sandwich for 6.50 Euro would...

Das Mädchen, dass Nachmittags arbeitet, braucht eine dringende Schulung wie man mit Kunden umgeht. Ich wohne in der Nachbarschaft und bin hier öfters, und bin jedes mal aufs neue schockiert über den unfreundlichen Service. Sie hat ständig Ihre Kopfhörer an und telefoniert. Man weiss nicht ob sie gerade mit dir redet oder telefoniert. Kunden begrüsst sie nicht, Bestellung nimmt sie auf mit dem Rücken umgedreht. So etwas ungeschultes und unhöfliches habe ich schon lange nicht erlebt. Heute, 19:00 Uhr putzt sie den Laden und kommt mit dem stinkigem Mob voller Chlor zu mir und haut gegen den Stuhl, obwohl der Laden erst um 20:00 schliesst. Sollte sie nicht diese Arbeit machen wenn die Gäste weg sind und nicht während sie ihren Kaffee geniessen?? Kontrolliert und schult jemand diese Mitarbeiter???

Heute (Sonntag 17.11.) hat mir das selbe Mädchen einen Kaffee serviert, mit einem Stück Papier im Kaffee oder was auch immer das war. Lassen sie wirklich zu, dass solche Mitarbeiter ihren Ruf ruinieren?? Darf ich nächstes Mal erwarten, dass sie mir in den...

Llevamos viniendo desde la apertura y el nivel ha ido bajando drásticamente al paso de los años.

Al principio habían 3 trabajadoras, que fue pasando a 2 y luego a 1. Esto ha hecho que la calidad del servicio haya empeorado muchísimo.

La calidad y variedad del producto ha bajado bastante, no es posible que a las 10 de la mañana apenas haya nada de variedad.

Justo hoy la trabajadora no daba a basto, todas las tazas sucias, sin cubierto y no tenia diversidad de producto. La relación calidad-precio es ínfima.

No aconsejamos ni volveremos...
