El Parc Restaurante — Restaurant in Barcelona

I had the misfortune of dining at El parc the other night, and it was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Firstly, the food was atrocious. It was blatantly obvious that everything had been microwaved. The textures were off, the flavors were bland, and the temperature was inconsistent. Some parts of the dish were scalding hot while others were still cold. It was clear there was no effort or care put into the preparation of the meals. Additionally, the menu falsely advertised entree and tapas.

To make matters worse, the service was horrendous. The waitstaff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Our server seemed annoyed from the moment we walked in, and it only got worse as the evening went on. When we asked questions about the menu, they responded with eye-rolls and short, snippy answers. At one point, they even snapped at us for requesting a simple modification to a dish.

The atmosphere was equally unpleasant. The restaurant was dirty, with sticky tables and unclean floors. It was evident that hygiene was not a priority here.

I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at el parc to save their time and money. There are far better options out there that actually care about the quality of their food and the experience of their customers. This place is a complete disaster. Avoid...

We were exploring Barcelona and walked past this restaurant in which we decided to enter. It looks quite nice from the outside to the inside with quite a simplistic and homely environment They have a varied menu with typical spanish dishes and more general foods like pizzas and burgers. The vegetarian option is quite wide, ranging from salads, pastas and even paella. I ordered a vegetable paella and it was a tasty experience, since also for me was the first time eating it directly in the “paella” haha. The seasoning was really amazing and flavourful, and the portion was really worth every cent and that lemon they give you with it really elevate the taste! I personally believe that if the chips are good at a restaurant, the rest of the food is usually good. Well, the chips are also good here haha. The staff is very caring, always checking if everything is going okay or if anything is needed, and always ready to provide your asks and needs with speed and efficiency. When I went it wasn’t very busy, so please be mindful if when you is busy and congratulate their efforts!! We left very happy and full, ready to continue exploring...

I had the unfortunate experience with this restaurant today. Having finished doing a lovely tour of the surrounding area on a bike tour, i was starving and looking for a place to eat. Upon stumbling on this lovely restaurant, I was quickly impressed with its review's. How when I went to ask the server on the terrace for a table for 1 , he looked me up and down and rudely dismissed me and claimed that they're full. Not sure what he meant by full because i counted 6 empty tables on the terrace and 3 inside the restaurant. I witnessed the same waiter a few moments later usher in people without reservations. I dont speak much catalan but i know enough to know those customers asked for a table for 3 ( no reservation ) and were served instantly.
