Might be good food but the ATTITUDE! My Gosh! Besides being very expensive (€3 poached egg) I have never been treated so terribly at a restaurant. From walking in the door, because we didn’t have a reservation, the lady, who took us to our table, had attitude. She seated us in a walkway and when we asked to move to the window (in the EMPTY restaurant) she snatched our menus, and aggressively tossed them on the new table. Our waiter came and I ordered water and he seemed almost insulted that I asked for filtered water, not bottled. Our bottled water came and he glugged our water into our glasses. We needed a few minutes to review the menu and when he came back he said “I’m sure you’ve had enough time by now to choose”. I ordered the avocado toast, my partner didn’t order anything. I asked for the sauce on the side because I didn’t know what it was, besides not being able to explain to me what the sauce was, he had to check the menu to see if I could have the sauce on the side. Then I ordered a poached egg and I asked how they come. “They just come” was his reply. “Yes but soft, medium or hard?” “All medium because we cook a lot of eggs at the same time.” He actually refused to get me a hard poached egg until I insisted he at least ASK the kitchen! Then the avocado toast came, beautifully, but the half avo on top was hard. Have you ever eaten an unripe avocado? It tastes like poison. I asked another waiter to get me another half avocado, and he literally SIGHED! He snatched the plate away and came back with a ripe half with black spots on that I would expect a place like this to cut out. You cannot avoid that on an avocado but as a restaurant you should cut it out. Frankly, I won’t come back. Vegan or not, I’d rather have a Macdonald’s salad and a friendly smile than good (not amazing, go to LA for that) avocado toast and...

Horrible experience. We went here with a friend of mine, super excited to try their menu and have a great night. We arrived and got sat at the bar. We were ignored for about 15 minutes. Then a younger server approached us and she was very aggressive asking us to order. We ordered a Poke bowl, a pizza and a juice. Our poke bowl and pizza arrives in 10 minutes. We waited a while but the pizza didn't show up so I shared my poke bowl with my friend hoping the pizza would arrive. We got ignored for 45 minutes, after which we finally got attention from another servers, much kinder, he admitted they had forgotten to put our order through. He called our server, the original girl (short with black hair) and after speaking in Spanish she came to us and said yes our pizza was ready and coming.

We were sitting right across the pizza over so 10 minutes later the pizza guy starts assembling our pizza. At that point we asked again where our pizza was. She rudely asked us if we no longer want the pizza and we said we do but it's been an hour past now. So, she says "okay I will grab the pizza for you" she literally walked over to the pizza oven and took our pizza out and brought it to us. We tried to cut the pizza and the dough was not even cooked.

Long story short, the manager came over, we got no apology, we had an awful experience and told them we no longer want the pizza. We had walked in sun the whole day and was really looking to eating something nice. At this point all other restaurants were ready to close down as we were leaving. My friend almost fainted in front of the restaurant.

Conclusion: regardless of how amazing the food might have been, the service and the staff are so horrible that they ruin the whole experience. Save your money and go elsewhere to get...

I was very excited to visit this place, lots of vegan option, love the concept of healthy cuisine and wide range of GF options too. I’ve booked a table just for myself for dinner. Unfortunately literally from the moment I stepped in, service was disappointing. Person who was serving me and tables around represented ‘I don’t care’ attitude, no smile, no acknowledgment of quests, literally bare minimum like bringing food. What a shame. On top of that food wasn’t pleasant at all. I’ve ordered dumplings, which where very very dry and dough was falling apart, however filling of the mushroom ones was tasty! As a main I had a so-called ‘ramen’ which was the most tasteless soup I might have ever had. So sad. For several minutes I was trying to get stuff attention (along with a table next to me trying to call someone and was literally ignored) since apparently checking if guests are enjoying their meals is not a standard in this restaurant. After I finally caught server’s attention I’ve explained that I’m not enjoying this meal, broth didn’t have any taste whatsoever, so I’ve asked for some soy sauce to add any flavour. No apologies or checking if I’m happy with it, I got soy sauce and was charged for it. Unacceptable. After this I was literally done and so unhappy with this experience. I haven’t been in a place with such a low standards before. I’ve approached a member of staff (manager maybe?) about my experience and they said ‘okay’, not even an apology. Unprofessional. Visiting this place literally ruined my evening on first day in Barcelona. What a shame that place with so much potential, has untrained and unpleasant to interact with staff and on top of that...

This truly was an amazing experience. I took my omni mum and dad as I was certain that despite not being vegan, they’d enjoy the food. I wasn’t wrong. We started with Hummussisimo to share, which truly was mind blowing. The grape salad alone in that dish justified the whole experience! It also came with homemade pita bread which we had to order again because of how flavourful yet light it was (gluten free too!). Mum went for the kale Caesar salad, dad had the raw vegan lasagna (I am still thinking of that delicious pesto!) and I had the plant based BBQ ribs. A bit too heavy for me as I find BBQ flavour overpowering, but I don’t remember the last time that I thought that I was actually eating real meat. It also came with a bed of miso glazed spinach and edamame, which we had already ordered as a shared starter as it had a different name. This would be the only thing I’d remark as an opportunity for improving. Service was great, and as it is still summer, we made use of the terrace. This definitely enhances the experience so make sure you grab a seat upstairs. Oh, and as a coeliac, I was pretty satisfied with the variety of gluten free dishes. Highly recommend!

The food is nice, not really healthy though. There's a lot of sugar in the pastry and the coconut yogurt is really rich. The avocado toast is packed with avocados, this is not a great breakfast if you watch your calory intake. They should offer more balanced vegan options with more protein and less fat, like a tofu or chickpea sandwich. Reduce the sugar in the pastry or replace it with coconut sugar. The service is a bit slow sometimes and could be friendlier. I ordered pastry to go twice and both times they packed the wrong cupcake and donut. This is quite disappointing when you open your box two hours later and find the cupcake you absolutely didn't want, just so realize that it's also way too sweet. I don't like to waste food, but I wasn't able to finish it. It was the pear cupcake with chocolate chips. The coconut bacon bagel with vegan cheese was too dry for my taste, some cucumber and tomato slices would have helped a lot.
